Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally and associated costs will be calculated on check-out for you.

What does pre-ordering mean?

Get early access to the Mirah Naturals collections, securing items before they sell out. Once your order is placed, we will deliver it to you as soon as it’s available.

How do I pre-order?

All items are currently on pre-order.  Simply add the items you love to your Cart and proceed to Checkout as usual.

When will my pre-order arrive?

Once you have secured your items, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. Should you have any queries, please email [email protected].

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has dispatched. For customers with a registered online profile, tracking information may also be accessed from within the Order History section of your account.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

For health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns.

What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?

If one of the items you’ve ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item becomes available.

This will be reflected on your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed.
